- Is this treatment a relaxer? No. It is a keratin based treatment that naturally de-frizzes and in many cases straightens your hair.
- Can you do the treatment after coloring? Yes. The treatment should be done AFTER you color your hair.
- Can I color my hair after the treatment? Yes, but if you wait until AFTER you do the treatment you should wait at least 2 to 3 weeks.
- Can you do the treatment on top of relaxed hair? Yes. You can do the treatment over any previously relaxed hair.
- Can you do the treatment on previously chemically treated hair? Yes. You can do the treatment over any chemical process.
- Can you do the treatment on virgin hair? Yes, but it won't last as long as on previously colored or chemically treated hair.
- Can you do the treatment on children, if yes, for what age? Yes. We recommend no younger than 6.
- Can I wash my hair after the treatment. and when? Yes, but only 4 whole days after you have done the treatment.
- Can I wear a ponytail or tie my hair? Yes, but you must wait after the 4 day waiting period.
- What should I do if my hair gets wet during the first 4 days? Blow dry immediately and/or flat iron it.
- Can I go into a pool or ocean after the treatment? Not until after the 4 day waiting period.
- How long will the treatment stay on my hair? 2 months on virgin hair, and 3 to 4 on any other type of hair.
- What shampoo can I used after doing the treatment? We recommend using our shampoos, because they are Sodium Chloride and sulfate free, and they have keratin and UV protection.
