Return Policy:

By Placing An Order You Acknowledge The Following Policies

All returns must include a beauty-mart issued Return Authorization Number or they will not be processed. Please contact customer service to receive a RA number and to resolves any issues relating to a return. All non-defective return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase

Non-Defective Returns Are Subject To A 10% Restocking Fee.

Returns due to mistakes in ordering or the desire to exchange for something else will be processed and credited less our initial shipping cost if the original order qualified for our free shipping offer.

We do not accept any non defective returns or exchanges that have been used as they are un-sellable

Payment Policy:
Beauty-Mart accepts payments from Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We do not currently accept mail in orders of any kind.
Shipping Policy:

All orders may be shipped via FedEX or USPS Priority mail with the exception of PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses which are shipped via United States Postal Service. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include an tracking number. We will make our best effort to ship all orders within 3-4 business days. In the event of a unforeseen manufacturers backorder you will be notified within 7 business days.

Canadian orders will be shipped via either First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes required by the Canadian Post Office

We can not be held responsible/liable for stolen merchandise once the order has been shown as delivered by FedEX or USPS. In the event of a damaged package we will work with you and the carrier to ensure that the damaged products are replaced. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are sent to a secure location such as P.O. Box, Place of Residence or a Business where someone is there to accept the package. If no one is available to receive your purchase, the package will be left by the carrier without a signature required.

If your order is $150.00 or more, a signature confirmation will be required unless specified in the order notes. By requesting no signature to be placed on the order you are accepting responsibility for ensuring someone is there to receive the package else it will be left by the carrier on your doorstep.


We will make all efforts to pass on any special delivery notes you include with the order, however enforcement of these requests is at the discretion of the package carrier and we cannot ensure they will follow them.
